OK, so I jinxed myself last month boasting about how I didn't crash. I started the day with a lousy run in BOTTMW, getting another 6th and letting another Buell guy beat me. But in F-Twins I did much better, getting a 3rd and really picking up the pace. I am back under 1:30 again, and did a couple of 1:29's in this race.
I F40 LW I was really on the pace, got a great start and was right on the back of the 1-2 racers. I was goping faster than tehy were, and planned a pass by getting a great drive going into turn 9. The problem was that they got side-by-side, and slowed each other up. All te sudden I was about to cream them from behind, so I had to take it off track. I was going pretty fast, and there is a wall not too far away in that area. so I had to lay it down. I did OK actually, but somewhere near the end of the slide I must have banged my head because I got my bell rung pretty good. Bike wasn't too bad, but it ended my day.
